When Sandi Liles became manager of Mutual of Omaha’s Service Center in Woodward, her dream was that she and her 12 associates would do such a good job that Mutual would give them more and more work. She knew that attracting quality companies to smaller towns was vital to Oklahoma’s prosperity, and Sandi wanted to generate as many new jobs in her hometown as possible.

Has her dream come true? Today the center employs about 400 people. She credits the growth and success to the employees:
